Return Policy

Returns/Refunds:

DO NOT INFORM CALLERS UNLESS NEW CLIENTS ASK

Buyer must fill out a RMA (return merchandise authorization) form → form will be sent to them via email

  • The item must be returned and delivered within 30 days of SHIPMENT (starting the moment you get your order, since it might take us 2 to 3 weeks to make and deliver the ring)
  • After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • Security Tag: The original security tag must still be attached to the unworn item in order for refunds to be processed. If the tag has been removed (or if it has been removed and re-attached by the customer) the return policy is voided.
  • New Condition: Items must be in new condition (no visible signs of wear and tear). Items that have been altered by another jeweler (i.e. rings that are resized) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom and Special Order Rings: items marked as "special order" or "custom" on the website are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Once we have received the return package, it will be inspected and the refund processed within 1 - 2 business days, but it will take 1 - 2 weeks to appear on your banking statement.

 

We strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase. You may return your new undamaged item with its original packaging and paperwork for a 100% refund within 30 days of the item’s delivery. You may exchange the item for another piece of jewelry or another diamond within the same 30 day return time. To do this, you must first contact our Customer Service for complete return policy details and to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

 

Send the diamond back to us via FedEx Priority Overnight. Include all of the original documents. Please call our customer care office first to receive your RAN (Return Authorization Number)

 

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

To return your product, please send us an email so we will be able to understand your intentions. Returning items must be with their original packaging certificate and paperwork and in the same condition in which they were received.

Receiving A Refund On Purchased Items:

ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
